Life hacking does not rely on the use of technology for the sake of it, however. Indeed, perhaps Mr Mann's greatest claim to fame is the ironically named “Hipster PDA”—a stack of index cards held together by a bulldog clip that is, he contends, superior to an electronic personal organiser.
